Higher registration fees are incurred only if a person does not register by 10 January. We encourage participants to pay their registration fees in advance to relieve congestion at the registration tables; early payments also help our cash flow -- we are organizing this conference on a shoestring and every little bit helps. However, we realize that some participants would find prepayment highly inconvenient, so no penalty is incurred for payment at the conference. |
